The Center opened on January 5, 2007 and we are celebrating the success of our 5th year of operation. In 2011 we greeted close to 8,000 visitors from all 50 states and 35 foreign countries -- all attracted by the magnificent Mississippi River, river bluffs, visible wildlife, the talent of our many local artisans and the wonderful National Historic District that makes up Alma, Wisconsin.
